The right of withdrawal does not apply to computer programs or goods with broken seals or tampering. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Never send items to us without first contacting us and obtaining approval for your return or complaint. If you do so, we will not accept any responsibility for the product or any associated costs. If you wish to make a return or complaint, please contact our customer service at info@dronarbutiken.se.

Warranty and Complaints

Most of the Seller's products come with a 12-month warranty. Warranty for products covers only original manufacturing defects and does not cover faults that occur during or after any alteration of the item's function and appearance, such as reconstruction, upgrading, or other adjustments to the item. The customer's order confirmation serves as the warranty certificate.

The right to complain covers items that are faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. A customer who wishes to claim a fault in an ordered item should contact the Seller as soon as possible after discovering the fault, using the contact details provided on the Website. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the fault are considered to have been made on time. The customer has a 3-year warranty for items purchased on the Website.

When a complained item is returned and the complaint is approved, the Seller will compensate the Customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The Seller aims to do this within 30 days of receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the item. The Seller reserves the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, the Seller follows guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Complaints or equivalent boards in other European countries; see www.arn.se. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.

In the case of incorrectly received or defective items where the Customer wants a new replacement item, the Seller will send out the replacement item with an invoice from Klarna. The packing slip should be returned together with the faulty or defective item. The invoice will be canceled when the returned item is registered in the warehouse. Please refer to Klarna's payment terms.
